I started in SaaS over 10 years ago with experience spanning Customer Success and Customer Onboarding at startups of 10 people through to scaling organisations.

I’ve managed global teams through multiple company acquisitions and seen what works, what doesn't, and what makes an impact. Now I want to share my knowledge and help people across many more companies.
