Hi, I’m Clare 👋.

I started in SaaS over 10 years ago with experience spanning Customer Success and Customer Onboarding at startups of 10 people through to scaling organisations of over 250.

I’ve managed global teams through multiple company acquisitions and seen what works, what doesn't, and what makes an impact. Now I want to share my knowledge and help people across many more companies.

I love to brainstorm, fully understand the scenario, and then dig for the possible solutions. If you need a partner like that, then I’m your person!
